PRICING

Appointment pricing is confirmed before service. Notarial fees are subject to applicable Nevada fee rules.

Notarial Fee

Base notarial fee for applicable notarial acts.

After Hours

$60

After-hours travel/service fee for qualifying appointments. Confirm the total before booking.

Important Nevada fee note: Nevada law allows a notary to charge an additional travel fee when the signer requests travel, the fee is explained as separate from the notarial fee, and the parties agree in advance on the hourly rate. The applicable statutory travel limits depend on the travel time. See NRS 240.100 for details.
Booking hours: Daytime bookings are 6:00 AM–7:00 PM. After-hours bookings are 7:00 PM–6:00 AM and have a $60 after-hours fee.
Booking deposit: A $30 deposit is required for daytime bookings from 6:00 AM–7:00 PM and goes toward the $30 mobile travel fee. Deposit terms will be confirmed before booking.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. A notary performs authorized notarial acts and does not select documents or provide legal advice.

Can you notarize documents at a hospital or care facility?

Yes, appointments may be available at hospitals, senior-care facilities, and other locations. The signer must meet the legal requirements for notarization and be willing and able to participate in the notarial act.

Can I book outside normal business hours?

Flexible scheduling may be available, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. After-hours pricing is confirmed before the appointment.

Do you notarize documents for me?

The notary can notarize eligible documents presented by the signer when all legal requirements are met. We do not draft or give legal advice about the documents.
